I had placed a permanent extension from kochi branch. Initially I was so happy with the new hair even though I had some discomfort. They told me to do service every 3 months and if I do a service every month with a hair spa it would be great. Every time I visit their place they say beautician is on leave today so can't do any spa. This went on for a while. And later I understood that there is no proper beautician at their place. I lost a good percentage of my natural hair. They place a weft extension using clip .... Which is not the ideal way to do. I lost a lot of money. Would never even give them a 1 star
