Worst experience. They are not trained well.My face got so many pimples after having a facial 5 days before engagement. My engagement look was very worse.My family was dissapointed to see me on my engagement day .Hairstyle, eyelashes all were so bad.

NEVER EVER GO THERE. I am sure the good reviews might be posted by their friends and family without experiencing anything. Donot trust the reviews...I did the same and I regret it terribly. I have had the worst experience with this people. I booked for an engagement function and went for a trial...and I was not satisfied with the make up. It was the worst. understanding that the staff was not trained well I Still considered their emotions and behaved politely and gave them the advance and asked the owner to ask some other staff to do my make up. (Instead I should've canceled right away, now that I regret) But due to some miscommunication with their staff the owner blamed us entirely and called us liars even though the mistake was from their side completely. Being a customer I was not aware of the deals which they had with their staff, which they should've mentioned before hand to the customer. They have zero value for customers. They do not know anything about customer satisfaction. They are literally dragging the customers in the middle of their lying and blaming the customer entirely. When it comes to make up They are a disaster. The daughter of the owner was keep on insisting for something that I was not satisfied with. Still I behaved politely maintaining my manners I would never suggest anyone to go there I usually donot put reviews...but this experience was so terrible that I wouldn't want any bride to go through with this. They cannot even treat the customer right, how can I trust them with my face. I might be just a customer for them...but for me this is my big day and I don't wanna mess that up. In the last moment because of the way she treated us I had to cancel...I had to do my own make up...i really wish no bride should ever go through such a situation. According to the owner the customers are not supposed to bring in any concerns. If we do, they take it offensively.
