Back to back had really bad experience from the management and staff. A week back had taken my kids 1yr and 4yr old for a hair cut , Before starting had clearly mentioned on what hairstyle has to be done, irrespective doing what was told they had totally made a mess with their hair. Actually had to ask the hairdresser to stop what he was doing and we left from there communicating the same to the front office staff. And again yesterday had a similar experience from the same hairdresser for my nephew. Which was such horrible that we had to give him full zero trim atlast. This was well spoken to the owner lady who was very reluctant to take the responsibility of their mistake , and was blaming on my nephew who was just 11yr old. For all of your kind attention, all the old staffs have left the salon and the new guys are very unprofessional, rude and untrained that they don't even know the basic simple haircut.

Their waxing cream destroyed my armpits. Two days later it's still red and feeling burnt. I got the refund after explaining myself multiple times so I highly recommend you avoid waxing at this salon. On confronting the owner said that same waxing issue happened to many clients. Which means they don't care about new clients and only think about profits.

I underwent wart removal using electric cautery at Harris Loera Unisex Salon in Irinjalakuda. The procedure was performed by a staff member named Rangi. When I mentioned that my engagement was in 45 days, she assured me that the mark and wound would fade within two weeks and advised me to apply Betadine. However, it has now been one month and four days since the procedure, and I still have a dip and reddish discoloration at the site. I contacted the staff multiple times, but Rangi responded indifferently, saying, 'I didn't force you to do it.' They failed to provide proper information about the procedure and falsely claimed it would heal within two weeks. Today, I called their manager, whom I believe is named Harish. He also refused to take responsibility and casually stated, 'Even MBBS and MD doctors make mistakes.' On the same day, I also had hair smoothening done on my crown area. The staff member handled my hair so roughly--pulling and combing it harshly--that it felt like she was intentionally damaging it. By the second day, my hair had already started curling. I ended up wasting 3,150 on these procedures, which only damaged both my face and hair. Additionally, I had to consult a dermatologist and pay for further treatment to recover from the damage. Now, with only 13 days left before my engagement, I am left with a scar and a reddish mark on my face. The most concerning part is that this salon prioritizes money over customer care. Their customer service is extremely poor, even at the management level."

Had a very horrible haircutting experience for my grandchild. Totally untrained new hair cutting guys and very unprofessional behaviour by the management.

Very rude and unprofessional hair dresser. The dresser from the beginning didn't want to cut the hair as per my directions. Whole time he was mumbling about how difficult it is cut my hair. I have dry hair that need to get some water sprayed for easy treatment. But he didn't spray water saying it would be a waste to use a whole lot of water and the whole time he kept on tearing apart my hair. He finished the job in 10mins and gave me the worst haircut with the worst experience.

The barbers are not cleaning their tools properly, which caused excess dandruff on my head!

Good for saree draping but pretty expensive (paid 1000+travel expenses per person
