Nans Luxury Beauty Lounge

I approached Nans Beauty lounge for a make over on my brother's wedding day. It was the best decision i took. The look came out so good that all my family member and relatives liked it. The customer service and hospitality by the staffs are appreciable. I would prefer the same team for future service as well.

I had a bad experience last week on 14th February 2025. This time, I visited based on my experience from last year when the service was excellent. At that time, the staff was very polite, and my family and I were fully satisfied with their service. However, this time I was entirely disappointed with their poor service, as all the staff members were new. I had a facial and bleaching done, but since that day, I have been experiencing allergies and itching on my face and neck. Now, my skin has become dry and rough. When we called them, their response was dismissive--they simply said it might have happened because of my skin type and suggested I get medicine from a medical shop. I regularly get facials done from different outlets, but this is the first time I've had such an incident. How can we trust or rely on such services when there's no accountability or guarantee for the results?

Visited Nanz Beauty Parlour for threading today, but the customer service was not satisfactory. The two girls attending to me seemed new and inexperienced. Before starting, I had asked if they had practice doing threading. Midway through, a lady came in , to whom the girl handed over the threading set( she seemed uncertain) , which was truly unprofessional.And to make matters worse, the lady who took over was arrogant and stared at the girl, making me feel uncomfortable and inclined to leave immediately. Despite claiming to be a luxury salon, I found the service to be substandard and unprofessional. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the overall atmosphere was far from luxurious.

I'm so impressed with the quality of service! The team was knowledgeable,friendly,and made me feel at ease.Highly recommend!

Avoid this place at any cost! I recently visited Nans Luxury Spa in Kanhangad, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite their "luxury" label, they lack the basic professionalism found even in the simplest barbershops. I waited 45 minutes for a basic trim without anyone acknowledging my presence. The staff, who seemed more interested in singing and wandering around than serving clients, didn't even make eye contact or greet me. With only one other customer there, it took nearly an hour before someone finally informed me that only one staff member was actually working. Meanwhile, seven uniformed, untrained, and inattentive employees were just walking around without purpose. Luxury is more than just flashy lights and interior design--it's about respect and courtesy, neither of which were present here. This place doesn't even meet the standards of a normal barbershop in Kanhangad, yet they call themselves a luxury salon. Save yourself the time and frustration--avoid this place at any cost.

Worst service i ever experienced! I have done hair botox from Nans 2 months back. 6 staffs wer there during the process . I got my scalp burned and creams were leftover on the scalp which was scrapped by staffs after itchy n painful 3 days. I spent 18k over there for getting proffessional service which turned into zero satisfaction.After botox i got immense hair loss and dandruff for which i have to go for dermatologist. Also i have done korean glass skin facial from there which gifted me pigmentation and pimples. My skin turned dark and pigmented on nose area where they roughly done blackhead removal without proper steam.They lack professionalism and not giving proper care and service.Salon boss Miss Dhanya offered spa free service when i complainted about this and asked for refund for my botox and facial. She admitted that botox is a mistake from Darjeling lady staff over there and she was no more working there because of continues customer complaints about her.I was under medical treatment for the same and i asked for full refund from them. She behaved rudely and insulted me saying nothing happend from them even after showing them evidence . Now i filed case against salon . So dont get cheated by their poor service! With only Diploma certificate Dhanya is running a luxury salon which is only on lightig and interior. Staffs are wandering here n there without respecting privacy of clients.

I have very bad experience today(08.04.2025) for my eyebrow threading,non experienced staff.they ruined my eyebrow

Wonderfully set up place with beautiful calming atmosphere and quality equipments. Gracious, friendly & courteous staff. The staff have been trained well and know what they are doing. The rate card is a slightly on the premium end for some services but it's worth it. This place could use some more marketing :)
