Pathetic service, I would say the normal saloon around town provide better customer service Done a hair cut and trim, the staff are worst and not at all professional, they dont have any sort of professional certification The guy was pushing and turning my head while cutting. They are suppose to say lower , turn etc like in other saloons or just show gestures to move. This guy was pushing hard as if like am getting the cut for free Between power went off and was full dark, no backup system No receptionist, no welcoming, no advise on styles , no question for any other services nothing Absolute waste of time and not like any other Naturals saloon in other cities

I had an amazing experience at naturals .The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the salon was clean and well-maintained. My stylist, Aishwarya, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a beautiful wolf haircut that suits my face perfectly. I had a wonderful experience with Aishwarya From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional and friendly service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Overhyped and overpriced! The haircut was just average. Even local barbers do a better job. They also tried to overcharge me. Not worth it!
