I had very bad experience . Please don't fall for their offers . I have done smoothening from there and after first wash itself my hair started falling very badly and my hair was very frizzy and dry . They are telling lies when we ask the product's name and using bad quality products in our hair .

Very bad service. Lost half of my hair due to their smoothening treatment. They blamed my hair for hairfall but when I went to a dermatologist he said the reason was not washing my hair properly after using the relaxer. The lady there is dumb

Very bad service. Straightening the hair is not good at all, even after 2 months of straightening, the hair looks like the old one. It's just a waste of money to go here. So no one should go here

Worst place, not at all clean, inefficient staff, not at all customer friendly. Never make the mistake of going to this place. When i entered this place there were no single person there. I went for pearl facial which the normal parlour charges is 1400 maximum. Marriott people charged 2300 from me saying that it was shahnaz pearl facial. When i told them i didn't ask for shahnaz the lady over there told me when you say pearl facial it is obviously shahnaz. It is not at all a professional parlour. I went there reading the positive reviews here. But the place was far behind the expectation . You can take my word. Never go to this place. It is not about the money i gave but the service is also poor. Not at all clean. They use same sheet for everyone. The towels were all soiled and the lady was wiping here hand in towel in which i laid down. Pathetic!

Please keep any professional beautician..Before it was a good beauty parlour in Kannur. Very much disappointed on threading one of the worst experience in my life

It's one of the best parlour I visited in kannur, located near Capitol mall. Service is good, economical. In all I found it good
