The service was extremely disappointing. Nine customers, including myself, were waiting in the shop while two staff members left without informing us for over two hours. We waited from 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM, and when they finally returned, they were more focused on chatting with their friend in the shop rather than doing their job. Afterward, they left again. I will never choose this shop again.

Maybe gents services okay aanu, but ladiesinu athrayum nannayilla. I went for hair color and when one girl came to wash my hair she was pulling it with no idea of how to wash someone's hair in a salon. The lady who colored my hair did a good job, whoever was there for support are just kids and have to clue what they are doing. They colored my tshirt which cost half of the amount I paid for the services. Very disappointed, don't know why there is good reviews for this place
