A very bad experience.I come from Bangalore,but since I was in kattappana I went there for a service,the beautician responded with a lot of attitude that she has no time ,as such she was doing anything that busy,she could have been polite..too much attitude the staff has.i left from there immediately.Owner please make a note,if your staff behaves in such way ,u will definitely loose customers in no time Jus because it has a hifi name doesn't mean it's worth it.i don't recommend ths saloon to anyone there.Rather go to normal saloon they will do good service ,reasonable and will respect the customer.

I visited this place for a hair spa during the Onam offer, and Anu took great care of my treatment. Her massage techniques were soothing and truly relaxing, making it well worth the money. She's experienced and very customer-friendly. After the hair spa, I opted for a cleanup, which I usually have bad experiences with at other salons in Kattappana. Anu helped me effectively remove my blackheads and whiteheads, and I really enjoyed her facial massages. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Anu's spa and cleanup treatments!

I booked Sruthi Sai for my wedding makeup three months in advance and paid a 15,000 advance. However, this payment wasn't documented with a receipt, and I also didn't receive the consultation services that were promised. To make matters worse, Sruthi Sai canceled the makeup the evening before my wedding, citing being stuck in another city. She seems entirely focused on her business with no regard for the value of her work. Canceling the makeup just a day before the wedding is the most unprofessional move a makeup artist could make in their entire career.

I had an amazing experience with Sruthisai, The Staff Anu did an incredible job shaping my eyebrows . The results exceeded my expectations, and I've never felt more confident. Her setup is clean, and she maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout. If you're looking for top-notch eyebrow , I highly recommend you book with her, you won't be disappointed.

Had such a wonderful experience at this make up studio.. Very coustomer friendly.. smiling faces ..works are very good.. I did hair colour for the first time ever ..they helped to chose the CLR and did a great job.. Happy and confident coustomer.. Suggest this for whoever wants to change the look

Anu and Akshay helped us with a hair spa and a facial both of which were a very relaxing experience with good results. Hair texture was smooth afterwards and also they styled hair as we requested. The facial gave a fresh look and glow.
