Would give zero stars if i could. I went in for a keratin treatment and left with hair that had so many split ends and felt like straw. I used to have very thick, healthy, and shiny hair but now my hair is thin and breaks easily. The treatment was so hot and poorly done that it burned my ear! I am thoroughly disappointed especially since I know it will take a year or more to start regaining my hair health back. By the way, the smell of keratin has not left my hair even after 3 washes. Do not recommend. Edit: By the way, I will not stand for the threat of legal action for writing a "fake review" My appointment was under the name Anitha and was on July 31st, 2024. I had recently gotten a haircut two weeks prior so the split ends were not there before.

Loved the Bio Keratin Hair Spa -- super relaxing and left my hair soft, smooth, and shiny! The layered haircut was done perfectly, adding volume and bounce. Great service and professional staff. Highly recommend!
