I had an exceptional experience at the salon for my hair treatment. My hair was extremely damaged and frizzy, but the team recommended a Brazilian Botox treatment along with a dandruff therapy. I am absolutely delighted with the results - my hair feels healthier, smoother, and looks so much better. A special mention to Nimmy, Mumthas, and Sindhu Chechi, who were incredibly helpful, professional, and interactive throughout the entire process. I am writing this review one month after receiving a nanoplasty hair treatment at Hasali Cosmetology Clinic and Salon. I chose Hasali this time because of a friend's positive feedback, the convenient location in Kalamassery, and the Onam offers for keratin. I initially booked an appointment for a keratin treatment on August 31st. However, after my pre-wash and blow-dry, I was informed by another staff member that their keratin treatment wouldn't last for more than 2-3 washes. They recommended nanoplasty instead, explaining that it would give 90% straighter hair and last around six months, which is longer than keratin. While they did try to convince me to opt for nanoplasty, it was ultimately my decision to go for it, as I had been doing keratin treatments regularly for the past four years and wanted to try something new. However, I still wonder if their claim that keratin would last only a month was an attempt to steer customers toward nanoplasty, or if they were using lower-quality products for their keratin treatments. Nanoplasty treatment was completed the same day, and the staff were friendly. My first wash was on September 2nd, and after the blow-dry, I was happy with the results. Despite being given a list of recommended products, I decided to stick with my usual Kerastase shampoo and conditioner initially. On September 3rd, I noticed that my scalp became dry, with patches of dry skin that started peeling off. The scalp peeling worsened on the following days, resembling cradle cap or the peeling of a face mask, with large skin flakes caught in my comb. On September 10th, I returned to the salon to explain my scalp condition. The staff at the reception initially blamed it on me not using the recommended shampoo, despite it being just a week after the treatment and three washes. I was then given an appointment with the doctor, who examined me and recommended a dandruff shampoo. I explained that this was not normal for me, I never had such kind of severe dandruff and that it had only started after the treatment, but the doctor insisted it was dandruff and there is no relation with the hair treatment I had. The scalp peeling worsened and I had to take leave from work because it was too embarrassing to show my hair to anyone. It looked unhygienic with so many skin particles. Even after washing, some of the flakes remained stuck in my hair. Eventually, I visited another salon that I trust, where they gently removed the scalp peels by massaging and lightly scratching the affected areas, followed by a clarifying wash. I had to visit the salon twice, and finally the peeling stopped. I think a layer of the skin on my scalp completely peeled off within a week. Anyone could easily see that this was not dandruff. Regarding my hair texture also, I am disappointed. Usually, after a keratin treatment, my hair remains straight, shiny, and frizz-free for 4-5 months. This time, however, within 2-3 weeks, my hair lost its straightness and softness. Now, after one month, it looks dull and frizzy, and no one would believe I had a hair conditioning treatment just a month ago. I believe the poor results were due to the low-quality product used. I have had keratin treatments for years and have never experienced such issues. While I understand that things can go wrong, I was disappointed in how the salon handled my concerns. The staff seemed quick to assume that the issue was my fault for not using their recommended shampoo(I know it is important, however, it was not the reason for my scalp condition), and the doctor didn't fully consider my feedback. I believe there should have been more accountability in addressing the problem. While I don't doubt that this product may work for other customers (as my friend had a good experience), when something goes wrong, it is important for the salon to acknowledge it and take responsibility. I have added pics of my scalp with skin flakes and dry patches and my current hair condition. I would never recommend a salon that fails to take accountability when an issue arises to anyone I know.

The services are budget-friendly, and the staff is warm and professional. This month, I also got Botox and waited to see the results before reviewing--I'm really happy with how it turned out! Nimmy did an amazing job with my hair, and Mumthas provided a fantastic facial. Thank you to the team for the excellent service!

I had another amazing experience with the Keratresse treatment on my hair ,its my second time doing it and My friend did botox there ! My hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and so much more manageable sbd more natural feel. The staff was friendly and professional, making the entire process enjoyable.
