Great service and very polite staff -- always a pleasant experience. However, the wooden chairs used during services are quite uncomfortable, especially for longer sessions. Adding cushioned seating would really improve customer comfort. Hope the management considers this small but important upgrade.

Until now I didn't have a bad experience. But today my experience was horrible. Staff named Sarala burned my face while doing the waxing. I'm suffering with burning and pain.. Though they tried a lot of first aids, nothing is working. Don't have any idea when this injury will heal.

Services are good but chairs are tooo bad for long sitting like hair smoothening

Very unprofessional. I had gone a couple of times. Last time I went and the lady made me wait for 20 minutes for threading and said I will have to wait again so I walked out. Next time I went again and she said you will have to wait and once again I walked out. Please say NO, rather than making your customers wait.

I was very happy with the service provided by Kalpana beauty parlour. I had been to the parlour last week for saree draping, party makeup and hairstyling. They did such a good job that I received many compliments. I felt very comfortable during the entire time i was there. They listened to my requirements and completed the entire job in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

Best service, the staff is humble and well trained. The location of the parlor is good and they have parking. Do take an appointment before you go. They serve nice and hot tea while you wait (if you have to wait). I thoroughly enjoyed their services. I was there with my sister for head massage.

Very bad customer service. Inspite of prior booking they kept me waiting and after applying colour to my hair they kept we waiting for more than an hour. I asked for pedicure but they said no staff available meanwhile I could see the staffs roaming around and chit chatting... In short I had to spend 3.5 hours just for a root touch up which will not take mire then 45 minutes in any other parlour.
