It was nice experience with them. The hair spa and clean up was so good and relaxing.

A very expensive parlour for sub standard services offered. Pedicure is charged 1000Rs. We did a clean up, but no steaming was done. What annoyed me is that, in spite of spending so much money and get services done, when asked for a bill, the lady said, it will take time to write the bill and most of the customers don't have the time to sit and wait for the bill because the cashier does not want to give it. I found it shady and not sure how such things still happen, it's a way to make unaccounted money. Didn't like any of the services and never visiting again.

Not too crowded...average service...haircuts are good...especially if it is done by Mary.

I said that the original length should not be reduced....and i should be able to braid it....she said she will do as per my wish...but after the hair cut the length has been reduced and can only do pony tail.But all employees are not like that ....the person who did my hair cut was only good at talking and not at her job.

Very bad experience for facial, hair spa, pedicure and manicure. They are very messy, they will do everything at the same time and make everything messy. They did my facial, pedicure, manicure and hair spa at the same time. The nail paint was spoiled even before I left the parlour. After all this the cost was still premium cost. Will not come back to this parlour again.

This place is over-priced. The hygiene and environment is substandard. While the staff themselves are nice and do an okay job, the lady who runs the place was unfriendly when asked about the rates and quality of the place. And they don't show you a rate card either, which was the mistake I made thinking it's a low cost place considering the surroundings. There was a baby cockroach where my waxing was done. The clothes they give you and the changing room etc are unhygienic. There's nothing fancy about the services given and it's just the bare minimum. Yet they charge you a premium cost. If you do go here, please do ask for the bill. They will insist on cash payment and won't give you a bill unless asked. Shady, if you ask me.

The place has gone downhill since the 10 yrs or so that I have visited. The folks who work there skimp on service and the place is rest not kept that clean anymore..... I was one of the few who generously tipped the ladies. But seems like they really are nit motivated to do a decent job anymore. I don't think I am going back there.....

Hair spa service was not done the proper way, did not use any any hair steamer. Used hair drier with hot air which is not done after a hair spa as it brings back the frizziness and dryness.
