Went for a face cleanup. After the face pack was removed, moisturiser was not applied and massage was not done. Isn't moisturising an essential part of cleanup at the end? I don't think the products were from the cleanup brand I'd requested. I felt I paid extra wherein all the products were not even from the same brand. I was asked to get up and wash my face after facepack. No toning and moisturising were done. Online the brand I'd paid for shows an entire kit which includes moisturising cream so why was that not applied? Staff seemed stress. No one greeted after entering. I didn't know who to approach. Weird experience. Wouldn't recommend for cleanup.

Have been a customer here for the past 15 years. A reliable salon for quality and fast service. The staff are well trained and good. They use quality products. Have draped saree here for many functions including my wedding and reception years back. They do all kinds of makeup also.

I did foot massage from here. There were two ladies doing massage on each leg. Both of them were not at all focused in what they were doing. They were busy talking with each other and other staffs who was busy gawking at the massaging. I couldn't relax properly as I felt too conscious of the other staffs staring at my legs. Wouldn't go here again for a massage.

Truly Professional. Outstanding Service. They have great experience in this field. I'm in touch with this parlour for more than 10 years and I know about this parlour for more than 20 years. I wouldn't wish to go for another parlour for facial and eyebrowshaping rather than Pretty face because the way they are doing is so so Professional and I didn't felt satisfaction in any other parlour in Cochin for the same services.
