I have been doing full body laser treatment under Ms. Lakshmi(laser technician) and the results has been pleasing. She has been friendly and makes sure we are in the comfortable zone before undergoing the procedure along with providing a detailed explanation of how and what are going to be done on that day. I had booked a 36,000 package of skin peel and hydrafacial sessions . The centre is 1 hour away from my place of residence, but trusting that the service would be authentic, i had paid in advance. Me myself being a doctor, along with another colleague of mine had booked these sessions. But i would highly advice everybody to do not trust this centre, as they are highly focussed on looting your money, cheating you and providing below par service. Contacted customer care twice but no response. I have ended up loosing a big some of money due to their treachery. They do not give you any priority for appointments if u have paid a huge some of money, nor do they give u any updates on ur sessions prior, after i reached the clinic today on the date they provided, they refused to get my treatment session due to some error of their part. Didnt even care to address the issue. Even when i told i want to talk to the manager, they didnt provide that option. I would advice everybody to not go this centre and waste your money. Vlcc is a fraud company
