Livart is a decent salon in Kakkanad. I've been there several times and had good service on most occasions. Some staff may not be as experienced, so it's worth finding the stylist who suits you best. The booking process is professional, and customer service is reliable. Overall, I recommend this salon.

I had an amazing experience at this salon, starting with a fantastic hair color consultation. The staff, including Manager Josna, were incredibly kind, fun, and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. They even offered me coffee and juice, which was a nice touch. My first observation is that there is unprofessionalism throughout the Shop , even though they claim to have an academy .The hair stylist are completely unprofessional, including talking about previous clients' behavior and bad experiences Infront of other customers , and promoting themself as an excellent massage therapist and that everyone likes my massage, so you need to visit me and try it out. These behaviors are annoying. It would have been great if someone knew what is happening inside the store and corrected it. The most important thing is that the therapist at least listened to what the customer had to say, and according to their needs, they had to cutting hair and start work , not taking the therapist's decisions as to what should be done, Moreover, it is very important that instructions be given regarding what to do after therapy, aftercare like do's and don'ts , No instruction has been given by hair stylist . and with previous experience, this place was not recommended and not worth for money at all . My wife had a very bad experience with a few salons in Dubai where she went for hair colouring. They ruined her hair. We went to Kochi for a few days on vacation and got a complete package including haircut and hair colouring. The experts at Livart not only provided their best services but also made sure that we understand the process and provided us with tips to maintain the hair colour. This led us to go to Livart once again this time when we were in Kochi. Livart has a state of the art hair and makeup studio and provides the best of services with the best customer experience.
