I'm writing this review after my third visit to Homosapiens, and I can confidently say it's the best salon I've ever been to! Every experience here has been exceptional. This time, I got a haircut, hair color, and a spa treatment, and the results were absolutely stunning! My stylist, Sumi, really listened to my preferences and suggested a look that suited me perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, as I've received so many compliments on my new look.I've also tried their other services, like waxing and clean-up, which were done so professionally by Bavitha. Even my husband got a haircut and hair color during this visit and was extremely impressed with the service provided by the male staff member (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name). The staffs here are not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and hospitable, making every visit such a pleasant experience. With outstanding results, warm hospitality, and exceptional service, Homosapiens has truly become my favorite salon. Before reviewing Homosapiens the Wellness Unisex Salon, I would like to share a small tale. It was almost an year and a quarter since I had my hair cut as I have decided to donate my hair. I did a lot of online research and talked with a lot of my peers to get an idea about the hair donation but all of that was in vain. I visited a few salons in Ernakulam and discussed about my wish but unfortunately didn't get any positive response or support. Finally I reached Homosapiens and shared my need!! Guess what they were in for the quest with complete support!! Without further ado I took appointment and on 2021-01-27 and fulfilled my wish by having my haircut and donating it. About Homosapiens, they treat their customers really well and always keep us in comfortable zone, that too for only a very nominal charge. I took appointment a week before my haircut and they provided me with an individual room so that me and my friends can have a comfortable time during the mission :) Also they collected my hair and will be doing the needful for taking it to the needy. I would like to specially mention Shanu Bhai who did an exceptional job to shape my hair (which is actually heck of task) after making it short and my beard as well. Also Adhu for such a wonderful hospitality and coordination & support from the day I took appointment. Keep treating the customers well and continue to keep up the standards the way you are doing now. Cheers! I personally had an excellent experience and I am really shocked with critical reviews.
