I went there to get my hair cut and I preferred the layer cut. They didn't cut layers, they just trimmed my hair. They don't know anything, lack of professional staff. After their shampoo wash my hair was getting too dry. Very expensive and bad service. I never recommend this saloon to any one.

The service and staff behaviour was nice but the way they treated my hair was too bad after cutting i suggest one of the staff to wash my hair and make it smooth but instead he did a normal shampoo wash only without putting any other moisture on my hair leaving my hair look super dry look and when i said that he put some serum on hair that didn't even last upto half an hour then back to that dry look

Being someone who got a haircut from this place last year(from a male hairstylist who was best in it) , i wasn't hesitated for going there again for the same. I called them and got an appointment. But unfortunately the service they provided was pathetic! ( I ignored the negative reviews they had since the past few months, for which i had to pay for!) I had instant regret right after i stepped in(both from their approach as well as their service), but still hoped that the final result will be better, which in reality didn't turned out to be! (The male hairstylist was replaced by another lady) Beholding a 'professional' tag and performing contrary is unfair! There are 'n' number of options out in this locality and still if someone choose your place, understand that it is out of pure trust! I request the owner/s to look into the issue seriously and appoint staffs accordingly and improve the overall service.
