"I recently visited Iconic beauty world for eyebrow threading, and I must say, I had a great experience! The staff fousy was professional, and they shaped my eyebrows exactly how I wanted. The process was quick, clean, and relatively painless. They also maintained good hygiene, using fresh thread and sanitizing their hands before starting. The prices were reasonable, and the ambiance was relaxing. I'll definitely be coming back for my regular threading session

Hi. The rating of 4.8 does not match the ill-experience we faced recently. To be precise, my wife had a nail extension done on 12th October 2024.Not much to complain about it though the service was just basic...color and appearance were not so appealing. However the issue that we had to face came later.We called up regarding removal of the nail extensions and they asked us to go over to their place for removal. Once we reached they were searching for some machine (from abroad - ? Germany) for removal. They literally created soreness to the fingers and it burned for a few days and half the nail was lost. Even today the nail has not taken shape to normal. It would have been humane to admit if something is not possible or not skilled at rather than hurting someone. Pls be aware of the above mentioned and take it as an eye-opener. A score of 4.8 is not to be believed blindly. Hope this helps others to be careful.

The customer service was pretty good. Especially this girl named Jayalakshmi treated me really well and I felt really friendly with her. I really liked the facial and manicure, but I would only give the pedicure a 3 out of 5. The equipments were very clean and tidy.
