I had one of the very unsatisfying experience at this place... I went in for a pedicure just because I wanted to feel relaxed . The procedure started around 3:30 and the service should at least last an hour but the procedure ended by me paying at the counter on 4:13 ... it was a roller coaster ride of procedures n the least relaxing . I opted for the 1600 package because it had massage as per the front office but the massage didn't even last 10 mins together for both legs, also the massages were not same for both legs. And being a luxury salon my expectations were high regarding the ambiance but to my bad luck it was not even 1% near the other local salons. I saw another person getting the same pedicure and asked about the procedure as it was different so I asked the therapist why I didn't get that step in the procedure , to which she replied ; here we don't have any standard procedure, therapist do as they like... it is a complete shame for a salon that claims to provide luxury service to give such a lame response... The steps followed one after the other but I didn't get the relaxation i went looking for... it is one of the worst service and place... the hygiene is a zero... all the products used are just spread on the floor and therapist doesn't even use a gloves... it felt the utter waste of money time and good mood... Please don't waste your money here... really wish I didn't have to even give one star..

I did my hair colour at Jajis, RP Mall. The stylist Mr Akash was really friendly and he suggested the best colour for me. I love my hair now. I had facial, a good massage and waxing, which was done by Keerthi. I really loved all the services. Highly recommended

The head massage was uncomfortable and not relaxing. The therapist's technique was rough, and the pressure was too intense. Duration is 30 min but he giving only little minutes head massage but the ambiance and other staffs are very good, at a time my mom also take head massage but that was really good

I have been going to Jajis since the last 7 years and everytime, it only gets better. I got hair cut and hair coloring done this time by Danish, who is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. I will come back again , like always.
