I had an amazing experience with Geethu chechi and Madam Beauty Parlour. Geethu chechi did the makeup & hairstyle for my engagement, wedding eve & wedding. It was so elegant and beautiful look. My friends and family gave so many compliments for my look, especially the wedding look. I can't thank enough Geethu chechi for bringing out the best version of me for my wedding series. WARNING Big NO POOR STITCHING My experience with Madam Bridal Boutique was frustrating and full of issues, ultimately leaving me without a suitable outfit for my event. Overall, Madam Boutique demonstrated very poor-quality stitching, ignored customer instructions, mishandled time commitments, and overcharged for subpar work. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone seeking reliable, quality tailoring delivered on time. Read on if you want to learn more about my experience: Despite providing 51/2 meter fabric, clear instructions, and sample pictures ten days before my event, the boutique failed to follow any of my specifications. The stitching quality was unprofessional and substandard, with the dress styled according to their own ideas rather than the design I requested. To make matters worse, although I provided ample fabric to complete the dress according to my specifications, they used only a portion of it, omitting the essential design details I had requested. When I inquired about the fabric, I found that over a meter was left unused and only returned to me after I specifically asked for it. Their time management and communication were equally poor. I had requested the dress to be ready three days before my event, but when I went to pick it up, it was incomplete and poorly stitched. After pointing out these mistakes at the shop, I also sent further instructions and pictures via WhatsApp, yet they neglected these as well. The next day, just ten minutes before the planned pick-up they informed me the corrections hadn't been made and she was rude on the phone. Attempts to call back for clarification went unanswered. When I returned the day before the event, the shop was closed early, despite their stated hours, leaving me waiting yet again. When I finally saw the dress, it still had multiple mistakes. The owner's daughter acknowledged the issues and apologized but could not offer a proper solution in time for my event, leaving me with no choice but to purchase a ready-made outfit for the function. When I returned to collect the dress three days after the event, it was still poorly made. I had to request further corrections, and, after waiting in the shop, eventually left with the item, exhausted by the endless adjustments and lack of progress. In the end, they charged me the full price (1,200 rupees for a long top) without any apology or acknowledgment of the poor quality, inconvenience, or wasted time and money. Despite the numerous errors, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction, they showed no accountability and charged a premium price. Such a ridiculous experience.

Me and family had a peacefull and elegant make over for my madhuramvepp function. Even though we reached an hour late to the parlour, maam and her team were very welcoming and got us ready as soon as they could. A lot of people commended on the look and it was just how I wanted.
