Regal's Lovely Lady Beauty Parlour

Extremely disappointed with the service. I went for a pedicure and they offered foot spa for 1500Rs. They said there is extra massage and it's better for the foot. There was hardly any scrubbing of the foot heal and dead skin removal. Even the nails were cut out of shape. There was no difference after the treatment, even the dirt on the heal still stayed. Apparently foot spa was better for the feet and that's why opted but didn't even get services worth a pedicure. The staff didn't seem to show in any interest in the job. Ridiculous pricing for the services offered.

Most worst experience.. the stylist ruined my hair by cutting it worsly.. and she has a lot of attitude.. she ruined my hair.. there was not even proper air conditioning.. in all aspects the worst parlour i have ever been

I am very disappointed with the service I received . I came with my child for a haircut and threading. My sister is a regular customer and always speaks highly of the excellent customer service, especially from the lovely owner. Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience. After the haircut, I asked the staff about threading. Most of the staff were free, but they made me wait for a long time, and then they rushed the service. Staffs are free and chill together . I ended up leaving. The staff were irresponsible with their work and did not value my time or provide good customer service. I will surely not come again.

The worst service I ever found in any beauty parlour. The lady at the reception, (not the receptionist in uniform) is very rude, kind of ridiculing attitude. She does not even know the trend or have any idea about hair colour and all. The hair stylists were also the worst I have ever seen. The hair stylists are not showing any professionalism in hair cutting, their behaviour was okay, but, their hair cutting was utterly disappointing to be real. IDK, how the owner of the parlour showing such badass attitude and confidence by hiring such useless hair stylists, feeling extreme contempt to that lady. Plus, the rate for the hair cut will make you amused if you ever have experienced it. IDK about the facials and other service. But, for me and my friends, the hair styling was the worst service we ever had from any saloon. To the lady in reception, we do have respect for good hair stylists and value for money. Trust me guys, just go through the reviews, that would be very helpful. I have been to Kochi, EKM in Kerala and also in Kottakkal, but, never ever had this much disappointing experience. I write this much because of my concern to the one who spent money in this shop. We are also making money by working, so, we do expect a minimum quality. Feeling very much betrayed now.

I went here for waxing. I had to wait for around 30 min. Then a lady accompanied me to the room and I had to wait another 20 min. The way she was waxing was really annoying. She was not able to do it properly. The wax was not at all good. When I showed my discomfort, they changed the wax and made me wait another 15-20 min to melt the new wax. Then, a different lady came and did my waxing. She was experienced, I guess, because it was working then. They applied wax on my arm multiple times. Thank God, it didn't cause me any burn. I had a much better experience at a much lower price. I felt that they were charging quite high for such disappointing service.
