I recently got a layered haircut done by Imran, and I couldn't be happier with the result! He was attentive, professional, and really understood the look I was going for. The layers were done beautifully--adding volume and movement just the way I wanted. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a skilled stylist who listens and delivers with precision!

Price in the brochure and price asked was different. For coloring they charged double from the written, saying stupid explanations.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. Before the work started, we agreed on a price, but after completion, the receptionist attempted to overcharge me and refused to honor the agreed rate. When I questioned this, she was extremely rude, using unprofessional language. I strongly advise all customers to confirm the price clearly before taking any service here to avoid similar issues Replying or responding to owner feedback *"I want to clarify that my review was not about a 100 difference; I had, specifically with the front desk staff. The way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. If there were an option to attach call recordings, I would have gladly provided proof of the conversation. When I asked the staff member for her name, she refused to provide it and instead responded in a dismissive manner, telling me to 'go ahead and complain' or 'write a review anywhere--I don't care.' This kind of attitude from staff is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. What's more disappointing is the response to my review. Everything about polonica was just sooo good,loved the stylists they were really friendly and really loved what they did,my hair looks so pretty now,and the price was really affordable too.loved it

Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I visited this salon 4-5 days ago for facial hair waxing, but the service was extremely disappointing this time. I have very sensitive skin and had clearly informed the staff about it. I had previously done the same service here two months ago, and it was done properly that time. However, despite being handled by the same staff this time, the work was not done with care. The waxing was incomplete, leaving behind stumps of hair that caused itching and pimples the very next day. I had trusted her to do a thorough job, but it was evident after checking at home that many areas were not waxed properly. I traveled all the way from Monippally to Kottayam for this, spending 100 on travel, only to receive such poor service. If the staff is not interested in doing the work properly, they should not take up the service. Now, I am suffering with itching and breakouts because of this negligence. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel compelled to share this so that others are aware. This version is firm, highlights the issue clearly, and emphasizes the impact while maintaining a professional tone. Let me know if you want any changes. Photos are not that much clear to catch the stupms. Once because of a staff from other parlour i got full pimples and infection on my face. Took several treatment and my face is ok now. Now again i dong know what to do

I received excellent service from Anas. She was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend newcomers to visit her at the store. Anas was incredibly helpful, explaining everything he was going to do and providing guidance on how to maintain everything.
