D & D (Damsel & Dandy) Unisex Salon & Spa

I recently visited D&D Salon to trim and shape my beard, and I had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff showing great professionalism and skill. Even though it took less than 30 minutes, the precision and attention to detail were impressive. The salon is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. It is located on the second floor of the Max Kanjikuzhy building. You can reach the second floor using the elevator on the right side of the ground floor. There is also car parking in the basement, and you can take the elevator from there as well. Overall, my experience at D&D Salon was great and definitely worth the money spent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional grooming services in a clean and well-organized setting.

I brought my father here for a pedicure and a head massage for us. Facility is good but I agree with the other reviewers who noticed a lack in customer service. The head massage which includes the shoulders and back was a bit rough. Also, the guys phones kept going off and they would be talking to other people during the process. The pedicure felt rushed. There was no leg massage for my father and they did not apply any transparent top coat to protect the nails as is standard practice. Although we requested the "spa" pedicure which should have been an upgraded experience. This is a cheaper rate than other places but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a "spa" experience, this is definitely not it. I would recommend the pedicure from Acua which will be more in line with that. No offer of anything to drink on arrival. No pleasantries, just pointing, head bobs and grunts to direct you and just an overall lack of customer service. On the other hand, if you are not expecting any pampering and you want just a functional experience, then this is the place for you. It's unfortunate since the facility is nice and they have massage chairs for the pedicure. Update: Forgot to mention, they don't take foreign credit cards so bring lots of cash if you don't have an Indian card.

The most worst place a person could ever go!!!I went to cut my hair in the most simple cut ... I have beautiful long straight hair so a person like that won't never want to cut it off I went to get a trim at the bottom and the guy who was cutting my hair literally just chopped off my hair , it went from long to super short .... U might not feel like this is a big issue but as a person who is very careful and protective of their hair it's devastating.....I say there crying and questioning the person , him being from UP and doesn't know how to speak in English stood there simply ....there should be someone responsible for issues like this , the staff should be trained properly and professional.... What the hell is a person speaking Hindi doing in Kerala !!??that too a profession where communication is very important..... I was heartbroken for hours the long hair I have pampered all the years was just gone ....i went to that place because of the good reviews, now even if u kill me I won't step into that place ......the worst for cutting hair and not get ur haircut done by anybody who can't understand what the client wants!!!!!now for how many years I will pamper my hair to get it back in shape !!!! ???? Plz do ur self a favour by never enter that building this place doesn't even deserve one star, but since I posted it without rating, I'm giving it a one star.... But from the bottom of my heart, it is a negative number NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Awesome experience. Me and my partner had a wonderful experience. Anu -staff was so friendly and explained our very questions. Professional advice and service . Firoz the hair stylist was superb and vishnu was friendly and helpful staff.Definetly recommend D&D
