worst experience ever....they completely destroyed my hair and made me pay extra money...... it was very much devastating... and I was in the verge of breaking down....I paid 9000 rupees for permanent blow dry and I have end up with permanent damage... and they made me pay 1500 for hair spa for the damage they have done!!!!!!The color and the natural texture of my hair was completely lost. and they don't even have the audacity to apologize for the damage.....

Javed Habib in kottayam was good earlier, except the male staffs. Particularly the female staffs are too unprofessional and they even don't understand anything at all, not good hindi and English. The male staffs are good

Done my haircut there.The guy named Abdul did it and he was very good with his work.. Overall satisfied

Current staffs are not so good.. before that the staffs are well experienced and their output was too good. Now a days not so good
