very bad experience. I asked the barber for a low fade haircut, but he did a terrible job. I tried explaining it to him in both English and Hindi (since he doesn't speak Malayalam), yet he still messed it up. My hair looks like it was cut by someone with no experience. The shop owner should train their employees properly before letting them cut hair. On top of that, there was no AC, and it was extremely warm and humid inside. For the price they charge, the service they provide is simply not worth it.

It's a good place to get your hair cut and beard done and you will feel at home if you have moved back to kottayam after working for years in any of the metro cities like chennai, bangalore or Mumbai. It's a bit on the expensive side and it's a little difficult for you to communicate since most of the stylists here doesn't know much of Malayalam. But you will get the job done with less chit chatter and in less time. They should definitely update their decor or redo the paint work... it looks very dated now with very less maintenance on walls and flooring.

I have asked for leveling my hair but the staff had done some other hair cut. The charge of haircut was above 500/-. All were non- malayali staffs, they weren't aware about navy cut of men. I have showed ah picture of the cut which I wanted like leveling. When I show the picture they said ok and asked me how much length should cutt off, but they have done a different one. They doesn't even asked if they are confused . This was a bad experience. Please try to provide a single malayali staff for better communication

Fantastic place for proper carwash in Kottayam. Full body wash recommended for all cars.. Proper carwash chemicals applied in various stages.. full body wash includes.. under body rinse and wash...black trim and wheel well rinse, scrub and wash, body rinse, foam scrub and wash, final water wash, then followed by interior vacuuming and dash board/ interior trim treatments.. Must recommend place to be for all kottayam city dwellers for full body wash... The have other services for ceramic / graphene treatments as well....

Bad service. Staff was like I am not interested in working today. Got the worst haircut for the first after all these years....

They know their job. Recommend one in Kottayam. You may face a communication gap with the non keralite staffs but they are polite and well mannered.

The shop is good,Nice interior with a see through glass. It's Air Conditioned, Good customer service from staffs and from front office. But there is a small problem with communicating to the workers in Malayalam , nothing else

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I recently got a normal haircut there, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The stylist was skilled and attentive to my preferences, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and professional. I'm definitely giving them a 5-star rating and will be returning for my future haircuts. Highly recommended!
