I had a terrible experience at this beauty parlor, especially because of the receptionist. She doesn't know how to speak to customers politely. I went there today for a facial. The AC was on, and I requested to turn it off because I was feeling cold. They did turn it off briefly, but after a few minutes, an employee turned it back on. When I asked her politely to turn it off again, she replied, "Another customer wants it on." I was shocked -- am I not a customer too? It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. They clearly don't know how to treat customers equally or with basic courtesy. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service.

I had an excellent experience getting my haircut today! The staff member 'Jemy chachi' who worked on me was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive to detail. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and executed the cut perfectly. The result was one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time--clean, stylish, and just what I needed. Additionally, she was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Highly recommended Polonica..!
