Highly disappointed with the work and the attitude of the makeup artist (Remya). We booked her for my sister's wedding which was at 11 am but she came at 2am to do the makeup without any prior information and completed it at 4 am. My sister did not even get to sleep that night. Her hair, makeup and even the saree draping got all messed up by the time of wedding! It was her wedding day and you spoiled it. And when I gave her the feedback she misbehaved was was very rude also.

It was very bad experience from the beauty company.for my weeding make up I went to this salon I had a lot of expections but they couldn't fullfill it to the nearest.on September 8 th I had my weeding . I took 27000 glass makeup but they do 25000 air brush makeup and it was a very bad makeup .the makeup is sweating from my face during the weeding time .they didn't give me the setting spray to hold the face makeup . And I had to bought it from the shop.and they didn't used any concealers to hide the dark circles.looking into the weeding photo you can see the bad experience. I went to this shop from complaining but they didn't considered it and they just shouted at me. I am also a student studing makeup artist . They are cheating there customers as a makeup artist student they cheated me on the special moment of my life . No one should go there , no one should end up in my situation . They didn't even pickup the phone while calling . This kind of shop should be shutdown . Don't play with others life . If you don't no about makeup just study and apply it we are not you pappet .

Worst experience,was planning to get my pre bridal done.just began with waxing and I got first degree burns. Air conditioning wasn't working properly,the staff and clients were profusely sweating and no privacy.very dim lighting.wouldnt recommend anyone. Reply for your kind response on 30/12/23: first of all thank you for responding after 4 months of incident.secondly apologies for not attending your calls as my wedding was going on ,so it wasn't really possible to attend your repeated calls and yes I came because one of my family member had suggested because she was satisfied,not denying that.dont take it to your heart.like appreciation learn to accept flaws aswell.your staff on duty was well aware of what had happened.Also as you yourself mentioned I am a medical practitioner,why on earth would I not mention that I have a sensitive skin, that too before my wedding.And regarding ac and privacy, your on-duty staff knows it well and I obviously don't have a personal enemity towards any of you.what I experienced I wrote!

Elegantly furnished vintage themed salon.Reasonable rates and polite staffs. One of the best unisex salons in town.
