Prerna's massage was excellent and very relaxing. The place itself is well-maintained, and the pricing is quite reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!

I have been somewhat disappointed with almost all the saloon in the Malabar area . With least expectation I went to this place for a hair cut for me and my son . Surprisingly they did a great job . Now we have become regulars here . Never have we been disappointed. The whole team is wonderful . Arya is our go to person here . He does a great job . I highly recommend this place for a nice and "safe " haircut.

I recently visited this salon for threading, a hair spa, and a facial, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the front desk staff was not welcoming and lacked basic customer service etiquette. I felt unvalued as a customer, especially when I opted for basic services. The staff seemed unhappy with my choice and pressured me to upgrade to luxury services, which I declined. During the service, the massage was uncomfortably rough, and at one point, the stylist accidentally hit my neck with a comb. The facial was also unsatisfactory, as it felt more like excessive rubbing rather than a relaxing treatment. Overall, my experience was far from pleasant, and I was highly dissatisfied with the service provided.
