have been a loyal customer of Aishtamudi Hair Salon in Kozhikode and Kochi for the past eight years. Recently, my family and I visited the Kozhikode branch for hair treatments. Mr. Sewan, the specialist, did an exceptional job. His professionalism and expertise were truly commendable, and we were highly satisfied with his service. However, we were deeply disappointed by the attitude of some staff members, especially Mr. Guljar. While he seemed he is not takeing any customer , and he is focusing on his hair treatment he appeared reluctant to provide us with service, which made us feel unwelcome. As a long-time customer, this was a very unpleasant experience. Additionally, we noticed a discrepancy in pricing. The amount we were charged was higher than what was advertised, and an 18% GST was applied to each service. We availed of six services in total, and despite that, we were overcharged for a simple trimming service for my mother. Due to this experience, I have decided not to visit Aishtamudi Salon anymore. While I appreciate Mr. Sewan's excellent work and customer service, the overall experience at the Kozhikode branch was disappointing. Mr. Sewan, thank you for your dedication and outstanding service!

I did Nanoplastia today along with haircolor. 5/5 stars! I had an amazing experience. My stylist, Sewan, was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my concerns and delivered a stunning hair color and nanoplastia treatment. The salon itself was clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the high-quality service. I highly recommend Ashtamudi and Sewan for any hair needs!

I absolutely loved and super satisfied with the services that I have taken from here. I have done with hair cutting (wolf cut) and coloring...... The staff are so sincere and will give suggestions according to our preference. I visited Ashtamudi Salon in Calicut a year ago and had a good experience, so I went again recently with my family for hair and other treatments. This time, it was a huge disappointment. The customer service was terrible, and we had to wait over two hours for the service we already paid for. There is only one stylist doing everything, so we had to wait with 4-5 other customers. The whole place runs like a one-man show, and it's very poorly managed. The lady in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no idea how to treat customers. Also, the prices are very high with no discounts at all, and nothing about the service is worth the money. I'm very disappointed and will never go back again. I also don't recommend this place to anyone. The overall experience was very bad

Don't fall for the offers they are offering. Worst service ever also they offer the hair smoothening treatment at 5k but with gst and after care products it almost cost upto 9k and even more. Even thought I have done hair nanoplastia from there and it doesn't last for one week. First wash itself my hair curled up. Also the chemicals they are using is worst one after hair treatment my face has become fully dark. My face also has swelling after the hair treatment. They are just marketing and looting customers. A lady has done my hair treatment and they apply the chemicals on my roots this lead to scalp irritation and scalp skin peeling and I need to consult a dermatologist due to this. I went there just by looking at the review online also they just making customers to write good review and forcing them to do that from the saloon itself. So dont fall for these fake reviews.
