As always, I waited a month to post this review, so that any excitement in the moment doesn't cloud my evaluation of any product or service. After a month of my first experience with Elan Family Salon (Karaparamba Branch) I only have the same praise and appreciation to bestow on Team Elan. From the warm and welcoming approach of the staff as I entered, to the neat and professional way in which my hair cutting and coloring was handled, I only have appreciation to share about the experience. The chic bright ambience of the place only adds to the satisfaction. And in case of a query, the prompt response over WhatsApp is reassuring. I will leave a special mention here of the Stylist Sadaf who did a very good job in taming my curly hair to a perfectly proportioned cut, a task at which many have failed in the past. Once again Kudos to Team Elan!!!

Accidentally been there recently to do hair styling for my kid for his birthday. The stylist was so arrogant and refused to follow our suggestions. It's a surprise to see such unprofessional people working in highly rated salon. I had complained the same with the manager also. Same day I had done beard styling and my wife had a threading. The experience was below average against their cost. Not recommendable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Elan Beauty Parlor for a facial treatment, and I must say, it was hands-down the best experience I've ever had! Thank you, Shijina, for an exceptional experience! I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a top-notch facial treatment.

Worst experience. Usually our whole family or my friends go to Waves. But just to try new one, unfortunately, I went to try Elan. I have gone for waxing actually, but the lady who seats on front office told me that it will take 30 to 40 minutes. Then she suggested i can go for some other service, which I didn't needed, till my waxing turn comes. Anyhow as I was leaving next day early morning for my Christmas vacation I said ok for root touch up. But after finishing colouring that lady showing attitude told me now it's not possible it's late, come tomorrow. Elan owner seriously need to work on their staff n customer service or else, very soon it will shut down with such arrogant n rude employees attitude.
