I visited the salon with my sister on Sunday, May 11th for a haircut and to get her hair smoothened, and I must say, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and everything was carried out with great care and professionalism. A special shoutout to Tina--when I entered the salon and noticed her tag reading "Best Employee," I didn't think much of it at first. But after receiving service from her, I can confidently say she truly deserves that title. Her calm, patient, and incredibly professional demeanor stood out throughout. She handled everything with such grace and warmth, and by the end of the session, it was clear that she's not just a great employee--she's a real asset to the salon. We were even offered juice when we mentioned we were feeling a little tired, which was such a thoughtful touch. Little gestures like that made the entire visit feel very welcoming and customer-focused. Before we left, Tina went the extra mile by giving us helpful tips for hair care and makeup. What touched me the most was that she even gave us some of her own makeup products to try--she absolutely didn't need to, but it showed how genuinely passionate she is about her work and her clients' satisfaction. Dear salon team, Tina is a gem and someone you should truly treasure. Honestly, the next time I visit, it will be not just for the salon experience--but because of Tina. That's how much of a positive impression she left on us. Also, a big thank you to the stylist who gave me my haircut--I didn't catch her name, but she did a fantastic job and I'm extremely happy with the result. I got my first botox treatment done from green trends calicut and I'm extremely happy to share the review regarding their service and especially Tina my service provider. I was delighted to see her customer service. She really made me comfortable from the start to end. And overall my experience was awesome.

Recently, I had a 5:00 PM appointment for a haircut. After a 10-minute wait turned into 40 minutes, I asked the reception about the delay, only to be told I'd have to wait some more. I questioned the point of the appointment if they were busy and walked out. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Greentrends salon in Calicut. I had previously given them a 5-star review, which I've removed due to the decline in service quality. Over the years, the management has changed multiple times, and the quality of service has reduced, despite using good products. The employment of inexperienced staff is a major issue. As someone who's been loyal to Greentrends since their inception in Calicut, and who has referred the salon to many, it's sad to see the decline in service quality. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

Never choose this saloon by seeing post in Instagram, or other platforms. They will charge you 250 for haircut 220 for beard setting, cost is worth if their service is good , but I got very unprofessional bengali barber. Without asking my permission he did everything, i got worst experience in their hair cut compared to their cost. He didn't properly cleaned the cut hair from my face. In Instagram post you will see 149, 175 for hair cut, but actual charge is 250!!!

Had hair colouring and hair cut done from stylist Tina. Amazing experience from her as she did exactly how I want with respect to shade distribution and colour scheme. Really loved her and the overall experience.
