You were so lovely and such a calming influence on the day of the wedding, especially in the morning where couple concerns arises with my blouse and hairs and got me upset, you handled very professionally and I loved everything about it. I initially contacted La Broiche with the plan of getting only bridal makeup services done by them but ended up choosing their stitching and jewellery services too. The owner, Ayesha and all the other staff were very friendly, skilled and helpful at all times. Their bridal makeup services are top-notch. I had discussed with Ayesha chechi on what my expectations were for the bridal look. Based on my idea, she gave me a few suggestions to keep in mind while buying my saree and jewellery. These really helped in pulling together my dream look. Their pre-bridal treatments also helped prep my skin beforehand. My makeup was highly complimented. I was happy and confident in how it turned out. It felt natural and even stayed intact till that evening. The saree draping was also done beautifully and stayed crisp throughout. I had also opted for their stitching services. All my wedding related outfits were stitched by them. Ayesha chechi was extremely patient with my needs. Since I am not permanently living in Calicut, I used to message her now and then with dress ideas. She took a lot of effort to figure out a design that would fit my expectations and budget. The wedding blouses and reception lehenga got the most compliments. Their shop has a variety display of semi-precious and artificial jewellery. While I initially had no plan of purchasing, I fell in love with one of the Navaratna necklaces in their collection and had it customised with a single green stone to match my wedding saree. This necklace ended up becoming the highlight of my wedding look. Further, I got a jhumka with little green drops customised from them to match my ornaments. The drops were creatively designed as tiny hanging palakka, which matched my gold ornaments. Also, got a beautiful set of chain, earring and bracelet for my reception lehenga which was complimented by many. Mentioning a few technicalities here. There is parking available for 2 cars at a time. If going for bridal discussions, I recommended to check with them regarding their availability. There is a trial room. Their decor and terrace are ideal for getting a few bridal photos taken. A few of my favourite pics were clicked from La Broiche. The pricing for their makeup and stitching services is reasonable. As far as their jewellery is concerned, I think it's an in-between choice. These are semi-precious or artificial jewellery. They cost very little compared to gold jewellery while costing a bit more than artificial or imitation jewellery you find in local shops. That said, the quality and design are much better than ordinary imitation jewellery. They have a wide variety of design options like traditional Kerala designs, kundan, stone works, etc. Their customer service is highly commendable. Ayesha chechi and the whole team patiently listened to all our requirements and had arrangements made accordingly. They really made an effort to make us feel comfortable. Even though I met them frequently only as the wedding day approached, I could plan all of my stitching and jewellery designs via WhatsApp without any problem. They would even send me a picture as the work progressed to check with me. If needed, they were ready to change designs. As the stitching and jewellery works started months before the wedding, there was not much of a delay in getting things ready on time. The pre-bridal treatments were also booked for my travel convenience. The time for makeup on the wedding eve and wedding day was well planned and executed. With multiple staff available, they efficiently did makeup, saree draping and hair-do for 5 people on the wedding day. The best thing about choosing La Broiche was that it made my wedding experience hassle-free. Since I was getting all my wedding things sorted from the same place, it was much more organised and easier to manage. Also, the fact that they accommodated each of our wishes made things easier for us. The icing on the cake was that they delivered with the promised quality. So, I would 100% recommend La Broiche.

My wedding makeup look was everything I dreamed of and more! La Broiche truly understood my vision and enhanced my features without making it feel overdone. The foundation was flawless, giving me a radiant glow that lasted all day and night. My eyes were the highlight--perfectly defined yet soft and romantic, with just the right amount of sparkle. The lip color was elegant and matched the overall vibe perfectly. I felt confident, beautiful, and like the best version of myself. The makeup also held up through all the emotions and dancing! It was truly a masterpiece, and I couldn't have asked for a better look on my special day.

After voraciously surfing on Instagram and google for about 6 months, came across this salon on Instagram. Even before the enquiry, was blown over their portfolio on Instagram. I was a non-Malayali bride getting married according to Kerala Customs and the only reference of the Malayali brides I had were from google and movies. Shoutout to "Ayesha" who helped me through the entire process and was warm, polite and transparent about everything from the very first phone call. She also happens to be a polyglot and hence there was no language barrier as well which helped me converse seamlessly as to what kinda service I required. She also was following up with me frequently even after the booking was confirmed by enquiring if I needed any help with the sari or jewellery purchase. I bet there won't be any other salon who would go above and beyond their way just to help a customer in order to make sure they look great on their Big day. Another major positive point is that they do give their suggestions, but they don't gaslight the customers. In the end, it's our choice as to how we want our hair or makeup to be done. Till the last minute, they were only trying to perfect the look and the look matched my natural skin tone. Trust me, I have received a zillion compliments on the wedding and people have been asking me their contact in order to book them ever since. They made me look exactly how I wanted to look (in my head). The cleanliness, the service, the products, the communication, the customer service, everything is top class!! I am so glad our paths crossed. So all you bride-to-be's in Calicut, trust me, La Brioche is the BEST bridal salon in town!! If you book them, there's one less thing to worry about among the million things on your wedding to-do-list!! Do hit them up!! They respond very promptly on Instagram and over call!!
