I visited the salon 2 days ago. Overall the service was good, especially surabhi's service. The facial and pedicure was good, but the hair spa was just ok ok.

I found it to be very normal makeup. I have been to many makeup places in Kerala and the behavior of the staff was not so good. It is not a photography friendly place.

The makeup artist, Fidha did an amazing job, showcasing exceptional skills and professionalism. She took her time to ensure everything was perfect and made sure to educate us about the different kinds of makeup and techniques she was using. I booked for a bridal makeup service for my engagement. At the beginning scheduling a meeting and explaining how it's gonna be was so professional and good. So I expected same kind of service from them on my engagement day. I was sitting there with my hair straightened while they were busy with other bride. It's okay if they have other bookings but acknowledging for the time they wasted was the basic I expected and that didn't happen. And I was so upset with the makeup and I told them this looks so cakey and my face looks dull. She said that's how it'll be and she can do more which will ruin the whole look again. I was also asked to do take facial package which resulted in nothing. It was my first time but my mom also did the facial and said it was really bad experience for her as well. Since it's in the last minute I lost the hope I was so uncomfortable with my makeup look and would never recommend this place for any upcoming brides!!! I should have read the reviews before I paid the amount. They were so professional in the beginning so that my hope was so high in them. It was all wasted and had a very very bad experience from them

I got a goood haircut. Satisfied but way overprizedd

They gave me such a horrible haircut. My sister had been there a few times and warned me not to go, saying they always messed up her haircuts. I thought it couldn't be that bad, but it turns out this is the worst haircut I've ever had. The cut is completely uneven. I asked for curtain bangs, but they didn't even attempt to do them. Either they don't know how, or they just ignored my request.

Clean makeup and nice service overall. They did my sister's wedding look and couldn't be more satisfied as she looked like the best version of herself. Thanks to the team!
