I had high expectations for my visit to Toni&Guy, especially since I traveled quite a distance, relying on Google Maps to guide me. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the standard I anticipated. First, the trimmer machine used for my haircut was ineffective, and the scissors seemed dull, making the haircut process uncomfortable and uneven. When I raised this concern with the staff, I was advised to speak with the manager, as the staff themselves had reportedly raised these issues before but nothing had been done. This lack of action or improvement is concerning, especially at a salon of this reputation. Additionally, the hair color service was poorly done, as it left marks on my skin, which seemed like a result of careless application. To make matters worse, the technician took more than 45 minutes to try and clear it off using aftershave, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expected a much higher level of service from a well-known brand like Toni&Guy, but this visit was very disappointing. There are plenty of local barbershops near my house that provide better, more attentive service. I had hoped for a professional and high-quality experience, but instead, I left feeling very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure better service for future customers.

His attention to detail and professionalism were impressive, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. The salon's ambiance was great, and the team was very welcoming. I had my hair done, and it was great. I was attended by Mr. Hammad Malik, and his service was excellent. He has suggested my hair treatment, cut, and color that suits my face and skin tone and are in line with my references. Even though it is a bit pricey, it's really nice and every employee offered excellent customer service.

Excellent experience. Consultation was done by saleem. Gave suggestions for styling.. Got a botox treatment and haircut. Very friendly staff saleem and anas. Highly recommend for hair.. Good for kids too. Satisfied

Decent Toni and guy salon with good staff and service. The salon is quite small and thus not a very good waiting lounge. The staff are nice. The other Toni and guy salons in Calicut have comparatively better area and is more comfortable. Good option for a quick haircut, spa or clean up while waiting at the mall for someone. Also no parking issues because of the mall parking.
