I had a wonderful experience at Toni & Guy Hair Salon. The service was exceptional, and the staff was very welcoming. A special thanks to Punam, who gave me an amazing skincare treatment. She was highly skilled, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. My skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated. Avoid this place! I did full hair dyeing from this place and the whole process was unsatisfying. They burned my scalp with heat after the hair wash and I left without finishing it. After 3 days, I had noticing much hair loss from the dyeing: 1. The dye was all over my scalp and it burned my scalp. 2. Every time I washed, colour was coming off my head.. never it happened in my life. Almost for 4 washes I had colour washing out from my hair. 3. I had severe hair loss after the hair dyeing session. The manager guy was so rude when I was addressing the issue with him and he said some time it happens. I was horrified by his arrogance.

I did my hair Botox from here and i had the worst experience. It looks like something else now. Too sticky and texture is like a stick. I checked with few hair stylist and they told me it is wrongly done. Too sticky get rid of this im looking for something else now. Gave 7000 for treatment and destroyed my hair. Bought their shampoo which i cant use as its making my hair sooo sticky now.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I visited tony and guy 1 day before my sister's marriage for a facial shaving .They forced me to do wax ,assuring me it would be fine . The staff not performed a patch test, and it was too hot. I immediately felt a burning sensation, but the staff seemed unconcerned. They didn't provide any immediate care .my face was burned, red, and irritated. It destroyed happiness in my sisters marriage .The salon's negligence and lack of professionalism ruined my special day. Staffs are not experenced . I am writing this review after one month ,now itself my face is full of scratches and dark pigmentation.Overall ,i was disappointed with my experience and would advise others to become extreme caution when visiting tony and guy .I will try to post my pics .
