Uptown salon and spa

Uptown has been my all time go to place for skin and hair care since the last 5-6 years. I still remember the glow and softness I felt on my skin after their body polish for my wedding. Absolutely love the service they provide. Recently I got my hair cut done from uptown and I was very happy with the look. I would definitely recommend their services to all those who wish to pamper themselves and get a wonderful experience.

I visited Uptown Calicut a year ago, and as someone who usually switches salons frequently, I can honestly say I haven't gone anywhere else since! I'm extremely satisfied with their services, the quality of the products they use, and the behavior of the staff. A special mention to the owner, Meenu (or as I call her, Meenutha) -- she's absolutely amazing! She genuinely suggests what's best for us, not from a business point of view, but from a place of honesty and care. I'm very happy with Uptown and highly recommend their services!

I recently visited for a bridal package and was very disappointed with the service. The staff member seemed rushed and uninterested in doing a proper job. After returning home, I noticed that some waxing residue had been left on my face, which I unfortunately didn't catch until the next morning--my wedding day. It started to hurt, and when I removed it, it left a noticeable wound. This was extremely upsetting on such an important day.

This is my second time to Uptown, and I'm pleased to share that I had a wonderful experience. I treated both myself and my mom to a haircut and a pedicure.Lakshmi provided both services, and she was incredibly sweet and very skilled at what she was doing. I did Botox blow dry from uptown. The senior stylist is the one who attended me. I had a great experience. All my concerns were addressed patiently.
