I recently got a haircut and had a wonderful experience! The staff member who attended to me was Ms. Sona, and she was absolutely sweet and professional throughout. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the warm, friendly vibe she brought to the session. My haircut turned out just the way I wanted. Thank you, Ms. Sona, for such a pleasant experience! I'll definitely be coming back.

Let me begin by thanking my hair stylist Mr. Intezaar for giving me a smart hair do .He's a very professional , calm and friendly person. He gave me small tips on how to take haircare . I am having a bit cough and cold and he was caring enough to get me warm water to drink. Making sure I was comfortable. Thank you Intezaar , God bless you . Got groom makeover done for reception. While the face makeup was bearable, the junior staff completely ruined the hair look. He could not get it right even after showing images of the styling done on the same groom's hair just a week ago. Bald patches were not filled either. All he did was add a lot of gel and setting spray which made the look tacky. The service was charged at 4000/- which is highly unreasonable for the quality they offered. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently visited Urban Rituals Unisex Salon and had a fantastic experience. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere and a staff that is both friendly and professional. My stylist, Naveen, was exceptional. He took the time to understand my hair and what I wanted to achieve, and he delivered a cut that I absolutely love. Naveen also has a great sense of style, and he helped me choose a style matching my face. Overall, I would highly recommend Urban Rituals Unisex Salon. Amazing experience! I had many triggering experiences going to many salons but here its entirely different. Warm welcome by the receptionist to guiding me to choose the best services made it so good. I have sensitive skin and they took very good care whole performing each service. Sona and Ritu are really professionals and it felt like home. Do visit, highly recommended. 10/10

It was my second visit here. I am completely satisfied with the services and staff. Ritika esp was very friendly and did her job very well !! Services I took are argan oil waxing, detan, pedicure and threading. Would definitely visit again and suggest to everyone.
