Amazing Experience! I recently visited YOK Ladies beauty parlour everything was exceptional! The staff was friendly and professional, the ambiance was relaxing, and the services were top-notch. My haircut was perfect, the facial left my skin glowing, and the manicure was flawless. Great quality at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter to Yok Beauty Parlour for a haircut, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. The lady staff who attended to us was clearly not trained for hair cutting and was very unprofessional. She did a terrible job on my daughter's hair, completely ruining the style. On top of that, she didn't even bother to clean the hair clippings from my daughter's dress and body, making the whole experience very uncomfortable. The overall service was pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend this parlour to anyone looking for quality and professionalism. Definitely i will never choose this place again

Very bad experience. I had my beard colored natural black, but it started to fade and turn white within just two days. When i brought this to the attention of the salon staff, they seemed unconcerned and told you that this is a normal result. Not only that, but they also had the nerve to charge me again to redo the coloring service. This is unacceptable, especially considering that i had already paid for the initial service and it didn't last as expected. A good salon should stand behind their work and ensure that their customers are satisfied with the results.

Please dont come here. I did a haircut from here and when I payed the money, it was sent two times(250x2). I conveyed to the person that my money was deducted two times also I shared screenshot of the same. After this incident I visited 3 times and all they said was they will check and will send the money. I also called them several times and at last they blocked me. Such a cheap behaviour from a shop like this. If it is not your money why do you need it? I gave all the proof needed for identifying and still they can't send it.

The makeup for my wedding was a major disappointment. Despite clear instructions, the makeup artist chose colors and styles that clashed with my skin tone and personal preferences. The foundation was cakey and didn't last, and the eye makeup smudged within hours. Overall, it didn't feel like the elegant look I wanted for my big day. I wish I'd gone with someone more experienced.
