Naturals Salon and spa Kunnamangalam

I have had one of the worst experiences of my life there. I was left with bruises on eyes and lips after doing threading. The lady was literally manhandling me. I highly request the salon to not assign unskilled employees for services as sensitive as threading and upper lips.

I just had my haircut and hair coloring done from here yesterday, It was not a good experience.first of all , i wanted a female person cos of personal reasons. They didn't even bother to offer me one even though they had a female worker . Second thing , im having very fine hair and this is not the first time for me coloring my hair , still they charged me too much. I only did highlights and a normal hair cut . They charged me way too much for a simple haircut though. Never going to visit there again. Would not suggest. Worst customer service experienc. Please dont try to fool your customers. They really lack a good senior representative to take care of the front office desk. The hair dresser itself was dealing with the billing and everything who was a newbie and has only been working for past 10 days . He charged me way too much which made me rethink why did i go for this place. Please provide a good customer service person in the front desk or this is going to be too bad

With the help of Rishika Chatri, I had an amazing experience at the beauty parlor. She provided outstanding service, and her commitment was genuinely admirable. She was kind, professional, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would heartily suggest her to others.

Unreliable and Unprofessional! This salon completely let us down on my sister's wedding day. Despite confirming the appointment the previous day, they didn't show up and ignored all our calls. We were forced to find another salon last minute, adding unnecessary stress on an important day. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Do not rely on them for special occasions.

It was a wonderful experience. The service was very nice. The staff were very polite and nice. Rishika Was amazing and polite with her work. Would recommend ppl to come here.

Not a good experience. Not helpful staffs, bickering around and being bossy. Not a good job also was being done. Snide comments being passed about the earlier customers (God knows what will they be telling after we left). The helper chechi is probably a better human than the rest.

Always great service.... And my hair always looks amazing. Grace is so lovely and funny. Always look forward to a visit to indulgence. You guys are the bestttt,,, once again thank you so much all of you
