I actually haven't availed their main services but I went for threading purposes. They did such a good job along with good service along with creating a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend you to try this salon.

I had a very disappointing experience with the eyebrow shaping service at this salon. The person who performed the service didn't even ask about my preferences or requirements and proceeded entirely based on her own judgment. As a result, I was left with tiny scars under my eyebrows and even one on my nose, which is completely unacceptable for a beauty service. To make matters worse, I couldn't report this to anyone at the salon because the same person was also handling customer service and payments. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and proper salon management. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement better training and protocols to prevent this from happening to others.

Visited the salon (24/04/2025) with my sister for threading and a haircut. The staff who did my threading was polite and did a good job--really appreciated her professionalism. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't match that standard. My sister's threading was done by another staff member who didn't even ask her any preferences or give any input before starting. It felt rushed and impersonal. The most disappointing part, however, was our interaction with the front desk staff. When we asked a simple question about haircut options and pricing, she responded with unnecessary attitude. Instead of guiding us politely, she abruptly raised her voice and said, "What do you want?"--which was completely uncalled for. Her tone and body language made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As the first point of contact, her behavior sets a poor impression for the whole salon. Customer service and attitude matter just as much as the services offered. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff communication and courtesy.

I visited the salon for a facial and threading a day before an important function, which I had clearly informed them about in advance. While the facial was done well, the threading was a terrible experience. One of the staff was very rough during the process, which left a scar on my skin. On top of that, my eyebrows ended up with visibly different shapes. I understand that mistakes can happen that wasn't the issue. What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. When I pointed out the issue, the staff member casually said it would be fine if I applied some gel. I don't understand how a visible scar can heal overnight with just gel. A simple apology would have made a big difference, but she didn't acknowledge her mistake at all. when I checked the reviews for this branch, I noticed that many others had shared experiences similar to mine. This seems to be a recurring issue, not just a one time mistake. Based on this experience, I do not recommend Naturals Kuthuparamba, especially if you have an important event coming up.

Best in town, I've always had a great experience at Naturals Kuthuparamba. The salon is clean, professional, and provides consistently good service. The staff is skilled and attentive, making every visit smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Thousif, who has been reliable and consistent in his work and become go-to hairstylist. His attention to detail and understanding of customer preferences make a difference. Definitely a great place for grooming.

I had a wonderful experience at Naturals! I got Botox done at an amazing offer price, and the results exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially the lady from Assam, who did an excellent job with great precision and care. The ambiance of the salon is warm and inviting, making the entire experience even more relaxing.

Had an amazing experience with the hair services. I adhoc decided to get a blow dry done , along with my cousins. Even though without any prior appointments they accommodated us. Tosif was great with his work and patient. Just only suggestion is the towels used didn't feel fresh and as per natural standards.
