I called the reception to book a pedicure appointment for myself and my husband. The staff who did my pedicure was only using one towel which was dirty for the whole time, hot water was boiled in tea pot and was poured to pedicure bowl. I would say, my money was utter waste. I could have done a pedicure way far better than this from my own home. When my pedicure was finished, the reception staff didn't even ask how was the pedicure , what to to say not even the staff who did my pedicure. We waited for few minutes for them to call my husband, for his pedicure, but they simply neglected it and we then paid for mine and left. Definitely not recommending to anyone.

This time I chose brownz for my haircut. I was not wrong in my decision. They gave me the best service. Very friendly interaction. Excellent service at the best prices. Keep going in this way. You will conquer heights.

I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and arrived on time. The receptionist asked me to wait. After 10 minutes, I politely asked how much longer it would take, and she said "10 more minutes." By 4:30 PM, I left without using their services. If it's on a first-come, first-served basis, then why do they schedule appointments?

I recently did a hair spa here.. The messeur was really good at her work. However, the price range was very high compared to other top notch brands... Not at all recommended if you are looking for a decent price range...

Nice place with on time appointment available. Can do better on "attention to detail". I had to trim once I reached home which could have avoided. The steam which was part of head massage was extremely hot after a while. Should have option to control temperature. Either ways the team is polite and gave their best.

I got a basic straight haircut from there, and it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. The haircut was absolutely terrible, and the service was even worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I had a good experience at brownz. I did a clean up and got a haircut, it was decent. The room they put me in was a bit uncomfortable other than that no other complaints. The staff that they had for me was also kind and responsive.
