Starting with the HydraFacial, the entire process was incredibly soothing and refreshing. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment.The hair spa, was incredibly relaxing.The stylist also gave me personalized advice on how to maintain healthy hair. The atmosphere of the salon was serene and very calming. The staff were friendly .. Overall, I highly recommend Smera's salon .It's the perfect place to unwind and indulge in some self-care..

I recently visited Smeras family salon, for a face cleanup and de-tanning session, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The cleanup was done with great care by Nisha. I also did eyebrow threading from here. I've been to many parlours before, and they usually mess up with the shape, because both of them are different shapes and thin dark hair. Smera actually nailed my eyebrows like I wanted.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for professional skincare treatments.

I had a very good experience with this parlor. My hair was totally damaged due to chemical treatments and i wanted to change my hair color which was a magenta red color. it was not suited for me. so asked in many parlors to do a color change and everyone told me its difficult to go for the color i wanted. Then i came to smera and told about all the conditions and after great analysing they gave me a perfect solution to recover it and done a hair smoothening and changing of my hair color within a day. the after result was really amazing and i really loved the outcome of the color which was soooo beautiful. no damages were there and my hair became so much smoothen than before. it was worth satisfied service i received... really loved all the staffs and their services , all are very friendly and we feel much comfortable i will defintely suggest my friends this parlor and also their stitching is amazing.

I went with my husband and mother. I can easily and undoubtedly say that this is one of the best saloon in manjeri. We had an amazing service and all our haircuts were equally good too. Definitely visiting again

Worst ever parlour, taking money for smoothening Rs. 5000..and the effect of it didnt last after one shower. NEVER GO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT GENUINE AND HAVE NO IDEA OF HAIR TREATMENT. If you have no idea don't open such places to guzzle money from people. When asked about it they claim, we have done world class service, your hair is the problem... It's the answer you will get. Cannot give a lower rating, disappointed for that too
