Its with a heavy heart I write this review.I have done the protein treatment recently from this salon and had a really bad experience. I never like to experiment with my hair but , due to the assurance from the owner of the salon I have decided to do this treatment after a prolonged discussion. And a staff named mona done the hair treatment for me. To be honest,she was a nice lady and she did my facial in the very best way,but not the hair treatment.She pulled my hair vigorously and I got burns in my scalp.(it is still a nightmare for me!)When coming to the protein treatment, after the wash the result was very disappointing and the same staff said me that the frizz is gone, when i checked my hair almost 50 percent was straightened,but the remaining 50 percent was still the same and she tried to put the blame on me saying that I have asked her to keep volume ,so that no need to do the treatment on the roots ,and the other reason she said was I did hair henna recently.She was arguing with me and her tone changed. I left the salon at night 12 am with a heavy heart and the owner said that she will make sure to do the treatment again for me . I went again ,and after wash the hair turned straight completely and I was happy and left the salon.But after two days when I washed the hair When the medicine is gone from my hair ,some portion of hair remained curly though I cared my hair well.. Overall,for facial this salon would be the best,but not for hair treatments as it caused a lot of burns in my scalp for the first and second time of the hair treatment and the result is not satisfactory as well.I have done the treatments twice from bangalore, but i never felt any burns on my scalp. But this is still a nightmare!
