I had a disappointing experience at this salon few minutes ago. The staff displayed unpolite behavior, and when I requested a simple cut and alignment, they blamed my curly hair, stating they couldn't handle it. I left without getting the cut and went to another salon, where I had a much more positive and accommodating experience.
