First of all, I don't know about their other services but pedicure and manicure sucks. The employee who attended me couldn't properly remove the polish I already had on my nails. She used the cuticle pusher to manually remove the remaining polish and damaged my nails. When I asked her not to use it, she briefly used the remover on cotton, rubbing vigorously that caused bleeding and alternatively used the cuticle pusher as well. No proper nail filing, cuticle pusher is used for everything other than pushing the cuticle, ingrowth wasn't removed. I asked for white polish but only a few colours were available. She was literally going to stop with my left hand and I had to ask her to do my right as well. But even after that nails were not properly cleaned or filed. The imperfections are literally visible in the attached photos.
