Absolutely phenomenal experience at Unique beauty lounge.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, really taking the time to understand my needs and deliver a perfect haircut and styling that completely transformed my look. The salon is impeccably clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the quality of products used is top-notch. I left feeling completely pampered and confident - I'll definitely be back!

1-star Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. I was asked to remove my footwear to enter the salon--which is already an unusual request--but the situation got worse when a North Indian male staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful about it. A lady staff member had already told me it was okay to go in with footwear, but he still insisted otherwise and started acting like I was doing something wrong. He even told the lady to call the manager, escalating the situation unnecessarily. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I did gel nail polish today . Staffs were very friendly and they did their job very well . I highly recommend everyone to visit their salon .

I recently had my nails done (gel polish) at the parlor, and unfortunately, the experience was worst. The staff seemed untrained, resulting in a very less-than-professional finish. The overall service did not meet my expectations, and I would recommend seeking a more skilled salon for nail services. My nails were poorly done, and overall, it fell short of the quality I expected by seeing the google reviews of the parlor. My nail cuticles are cut and wounded. Worst experience ever. I won't be returning to this salon and won't be recommending.
