I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer management at Naturals Salon. I recommended the salon to my sister for her hair treatment, and they suggested Botox treatment for her. The cost quoted was significantly higher compared to other salons in Muvattupuzha. Despite this, we agreed to the price without any negotiation. My sister purchased the recommended haircare products and refrained from washing her hair for the first five days. However, after the first wash, her hair returned to its original condition. When we approached the salon to address this issue, they were told that the results were not 100% guaranteed, and that the hair would back after Botox treatment. They also claimed that the products we used were not original. I had undergone the same treatment at a salon in the UAE a year ago, where they offered a six-month guarantee. Even after a year, my hair remains in same with no damage. When we shared our concerns, the staff provided unsatisfactory explanations for each issue. What was most disappointing is that the staff not only failed to take responsibility for the poor service but also offered no apology for the inconvenience caused. Their responses were dismissive and with unsatisfactory excuses. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Naturals Salon, and I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided.
