Aura beauty parlor is fantastic with exceptional customer service!!! Every single staff member was kind and courteous, they also took their time performing each service and gave fantastic massages during the treatments. Highly recommend coming here and allowing 4-6 hours if doing multiple treatments! My mom and I did facials, hair treatment, pedicures, and eyebrow threading.

Very bad service.They asked me to wait for 15 minutes for threading ,i have waited 30 minutes.Since i saw nobody coming outside even after 30 minutes i rang the bell which they have written there as can be used to call staffs.But no staff displayed the proper decency to step outside and inform that the service would take some time and i have to wait again.They should hire more office staffs who can properly communicate to clients.
