We went to Toni and Guy as we had previously went to the one in Ernakulam and it was amazing. However the service provided at this branch is severely disappointing and disgraceful. I had shown the lady the type of haircut I wanted, initially I was assigned to a senior stylist when we had actually requested top stylish the day before when we booked out appointment and they confirmed it would be available. However they did not disclose that for my hair cut it was a senior and for the two guys it was top haircut. I was also given to a girl who doesn't speak Malayalam nor English well however I explained to her the haircut I wanted and showed the photo of it which is full of layers for a fuller look as I have thin hair. Mind you I have done this haircut before and loved it before. The hair stylist finished my haircut and started drying it, she did not once show me the layers she has done to confirm this is what I wanted or if I wanted any tweaks which is common practice etc. she started using a curler on my hair without asking if it's okay to use heat on my hair too. When she started curling my hair I asked her if she was done with cutting. She said yes. I told her can I please see my hair. She then took a photo of what she had done which looked no different to my original hair and nothing like the inspiration photo. The main reason I wanted to see my hair was because I knew the amount of cutting she did which was very little could not achieve the look I wanted as I have done this before. I have attached the photo of my inspiration photo and the haircut I received initially. After this I let her know that this is not what I asked for and she told me it looks like that because my hair is thin. I explained to her that I have done this haircut before and it adds volume to my hair making it more bouncy and showing a more fuller look as I am aware that my hair is quiet thin. I then told the front staff and another guy who then translated what I wanted to this stylist. She then did it again and it still looked different to the style I wanted, she was purposely taking the front layers that shaped my face to the back to make it seem like there were shorter layers. It was better than the initial time however still nothing like I had asked for. She then continued to curl my hair without asking again if i was happy for heat to be used on my hair. Once she was done, my hair was basically curled, I was done by this time and said the haircut is fine and left my seat as I had already wasted so much time already getting such a shitty haircut but I did let the front staff no that I did not like my haircut. I have attached the initial haircut photo and the second attempt too. Additionally to this my sister was getting a 3000 rupee hair mask treatment. When we finished my haircut we asked the receptionist how much longer for my sister. They let us know 20 minutes more. We said thats fine and paid and said we are going to go to Bismi store and let one of my brothers to wait in the lobby for our sister. 10 minutes later my sister came to bismi with undryed hair. She was upset asking us why we rushed her as the stylist said he could not finish drying as we had apparently asked him yo rush it. We then went back to the store and asked who rushed my sisters hair and that we never asked her to not be finished or rushed. She went back in to be hair dried. Upon drying the hair the guy told her it would have been better if we dried the natural way instead of a blow dry. My sister never asked for a blow dry so they made a decision and said "oh we were meant to dry the other way would have been better", what kind of service is this? . I had also booked in to do waxing for full arms, full legs and underarms and a facial however I cancelled these as I was not going to spend another rupee at this store that provided such low customer service and basically didn't provide us the services we paid for. I knew the waxing and facial was going to be a waste of time and a disaster if done here.

Went for dandruff treatment today. I must say that the service was super satisfying. Shakir gave wonderfully good service. Got superb head, forehead and shoulder massage during the procedure. My scalp is also very clean now. Thank you so much!!!

The friendliness of the staff was alright, however it felt like there was major miscommunication between myself and the staff members who was giving me a hair spa. It caused the treatment to be rushed and my hair was not completely dry so I had to tell them to dry it. I wasn't able to understand what the staff member was saying to me regarding the treatment, and was told at the end that a different drying method was supposed to be used instead of the blow out I received when I asked for my hair to get properly dried. While I understand the staff member cannot do anything if they cannot speak sufficient Malayalam or English, it should be the store managers priority to make sure they can. Even if it means providing an opportunity to take a class of some sort to meet language proficiency requirements to a sufficient level so that customers can understand the procedure and so any issues can be communicated. After all, it is in an area where locals, who speak Malayalam, or tourists, who most likely speak English, are the two main groups coming to your store. I also received an eyebrow, upper lip and chin threading, and was disappointed. The upper lip was not properly done with a group of hair missed completely below the nose and the staffmember who did this began going up to my forehead on one side and didn't on the other. It would have been fine if I was at least asked if I'd like to do my forehead, and what would've been sufficient for me was if the staff member only did the eyebrows instead of doing a portion of the forehead and leaving the rest undone. I also couldn't properly see whether this was all done well until I got home, because usually a small handheld mirror is provided to check and make changes, but that didn't happen in this case. I admit, I could've asked to receive it, however, being offered the opportunity from staff to check for ourselves up close and clearly compared to the larger mirror ensures the customer cam feel comfortable to work with the staff and provide feedback, enabling a good communication and involvement of the customers, like how most salons I have been to work. Once again, however, the root cause I would say is the lack of efficient communication between staff and customers. If that issue were not prevalent, I believe I could've more clearly understood and received a much better experience.

I came from Canada for my holidays.Today I visited Tony n guy to get hair treatment and coloring.. This is my second visit here... Always welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Amazing service from their hair stylist Abdul. I'm completely happy. I have medium long and thin hair and he was patient enough to complete the treatment properly even after his work hours. Love my glossy shiny hair.

I had my hair cut and it is just awesome . Noyan listened to my needs and perfectly executed. I just appreciate how much attention he puts to what his clients wants.. Definitely recommend him !

DISASTER I recently had the misfortune of getting my hair colored at this branch and it was an unmitigated disaster! Not only did they manage to strip my hair of its color, leaving me with a bizarre, uneven tone, but they also somehow managed to fry my locks to an alarming degree. The stylist was clumsy and seemed completely out of their depth, making me wonder how they even got the job in the first place. To add insult to injury, I still had to shell out 60% of the original price for this subpar service. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this salon again and would advise others to steer clear of them at all costs!

Here the hair cut for the men is the worst one compared to the normal saloon I don't expect like this from this type of good brand. The hair cut not worth for the money. But the facial was very good. I hope my comment will be highlighted to the higher authorities.
