I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Nail Republic Muvattupuzha. From the start, communication was poor. I had to follow up with them to confirm my appointment, as they didn't provide any update or confirmation after booking. Despite booking an appointment, they didn't have a nail technician available as promised. The technician they had was not skilled and did a subpar job on my nails. To make matters worse, I had to leave without getting my nails done. When I tried calling to express my frustration, no one answered. They only responded to my messages via WhatsApp. Overall, my experience was terrible and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. They need to improve their staffing and customer service ASAP."
